Kim Goerger

Kim Goerger, CDS Controller, oversees accounting functions to ensure accurate, timely reporting, and prepares financial analysis.

Kim was hired by MRCI in November 2017 and has been in her current position since October 2019. In addition to Kim’s accounting experience, she also brings process improvement experience and business process knowledge. Prior to working at MRCI, she worked in manufacturing.

Kim graduated from Metropolitan State University with an accounting degree. Kim is a Certified Management Accountant and a 6 Sigma Black Belt.

Kim enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, traveling and lake activities.

Being a good person and doing what is right inspires Kim. A favorite saying is “Two wrongs don’t make a right”.

Kim is motivated by change and making improvements. She believes that change brings opportunity which can be for employees and the clients or individuals that we serve.
